The first annual Contract Broker Seminar is scheduled for February 19, 2011 as a virtual hiring event. This is an opportunity for individuals to engage in one of the most rewarding business opportunities of 2011. When joining our team you are guaranteed an opportunity to earn a high income negotiating contracts with local HOAs, Community Associations, and homeowners. Our average broker earns $52k per year.

Job Description

Job : Independent Contract Broker
Positions Available : 4,400 (nationwide); Internship Opportunities also available
Location : Everywhere, United States
Pay : 45-70k
 
Description : An Independent Contract Broker(ICB) is responsible for contract management at all levels. This includes securing new contracts, attending HOA meetings, working with property management companies, and overseeing contractors. This is not a door-to-door sales position and does not require cold-calling. This position requires that contract brokers inform homeowners of the services being provided to their community via memo, direct mail, HOA meetings, etc. 95% of this task is done by distributing memos to homeowners.

Lawn care contracts are our #1 service negotiated between businesses and customers.
 
Required Skills:
    - Ability to manage priorities effectively and in a timely manner
    - Possess strong interpersonal skills
    - Ability to communicate effectively within HOA meetings
    - Extremely professional
    - Internet-savvy with easy access
    - Willing to distribute memos to homeowners door-to-door

Compensation


Contract Brokers for the NHOA earn a high wage as they are very important to our growth. The NHOA is a non-profit association and does not rely on annual revenues and share holders to determine our success. All income earned by the association is paid out to contract brokers and small businesses minus association expenses.
